Please end the reprocessing. Nuclear power, though thought to be effective, is a highly dangerous method for providing energy and utilizing "greener" forms of energy, i.e. solar, wind, hydro should be utilized where possible.
The Rokkasho reprocessing plant has been under construction in Rokkasho Village, Aomori. The operator of the plant is planning to start commercial operation sometime this May, 2008.
The Governor of Aomori holds the last card to decide the future of Rokkasho.
